Princess Diana of Themyscira is the child of the King of the Olympian Gods Zeus and the Queen of the Amazons Hippolyta. Born and raised on the island paradise of Themyscira, she was created for the purpose of protecting humanity from the wrath of her sinister half-brother Ares and destroying him once and for all, hence her title of the Godkiller. Diana would journey into "Man's World" after meeting the Allied Forces spy Steve Trevor, and aid him in his fight to end the first world war. It was also during this time that she would fulfill her purpose by defeating Ares and ending his reign of terror upon the world. Her victory over Ares came at a great cost with the loss of Steve Trevor, whom Diana had come to love, leaving her scarred as she deserted her life as a hero for a century.

In the modern era, she has taken on the alias and identity of Louvre Museum antiquities dealer Diana Prince. After so man years, Diana assumed her heroic identity once again in order to stop the bloodthirsty Kryptonian beast named Doomsday, allying herself with fellow heroes Superman and Batman to kill the beast. With Superman's noble sacrifice to kill Doomsday, Diana and Batman would be inspired to form a team of heroes called the Justice League, in order to battle any future threats to the Earth. While operating under her heroic identity, Diana uses the alias Wonder Woman, serving as an emissary and ambassador from Themyscira, taking on the original mission of the Amazons to bring peace, compassion, love, and understanding to the outside world.

Biography[]

Creation of the Final Olympian[]

Diana was born five thousand years ago on the island of Themyscira, the only child of Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons, months after the fall of the Olympian Gods. She was the only child on the entire island growing up, and because of this it was hard for her to enjoy childlike activities. She soon took an interest in combat training, and even though her mother refused to have her taught, Diana's aunt Antiope, knowing the true nature of Diana's bloodline and caring so deeply for her safety began to train the Princess in secret. Soon enough Hippolyta learned of Diana's training, though at first she was angry with her sister for defying of her decision, Antiope was able to reason with her, making her accept the potential danger that would come some day. After being convinced by Antiope, Diana began to train more extensively in all the various arts of the Amazons, with the goal to become the greatest warrior among their people. During one of her training sessions, Antiope fought Diana without mercy, and as Diana was pressured she unintentionally released a powerful wave of energy, leaving them all in shock.
